Deliverys
Once your payment has cleared, your item/s will usually be dispatched within 2 working days, but you must allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We only deliver to the UK.
Returns policy
If any item is delivered faulty, you must make us aware within 2 working days of delivery stating the fault. The number you must phone is 01253 794488 between 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday only. For large items we will arrange for the item to be collected. We will phone you to inform you when the item will be collected. For smaller Items, you will be asked to return it in the package it arrived in, providing it is faulty.
Once the item is received back, then the item will undergo an inspection to clarify the fault. If the item is faulty, then a replacement will be sent or money refunded whichever you prefer. If, however, the item is not faulty, it will be sent back to you with an invoice for all delivery costs.
The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods due to customer ordering error, surplus to requirements, no longer required, unsuitability etc. For the company to consider the return of goods in these circumstances the goods must not have been used and must be in a re- saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging. When authorisation to return any item/s is agreed, the company will issue a returns code and the customer will be liable to pay a 20% handling and administration charge (minimum £10.00 which ever is the greater) of the returns value. However if the request to return any item/s exceeds 10 days from when the goods were dispatched then the request for return will automatically be refused.
No attempt should be made to return any goods without prior authorisation. We do not accept liability for unsoilicited returns. Goods returned to the company in a non-saleable condition as a result of customer usage, neglect or loss of packaging will not be refunded and will be terturned to the customer who shall be liable to all postage and administration costs.
